Second abandoned migrant ship spotted off Italian coast

The Italian coastguard says a merchant ship with 450 migrants on board is heading for the Italian coast. The coastguard said on Twitter that the vessel had no crew on board and was going towards Puglia in the south-east of Italy. via Pocket http://ift.tt/1vyxP7C
