Sudan's wheelbarrow users struggle with high fees



In Sudan's capital, Khartoum, about 20,000 people use wheelbarrows to transport goods. But they're not allowed to own their own; wheelbarrows are controlled by local government contractors who charge high rental fees. Workers say it's seriously damaging their earnings.
