Pope Francis visits Italy's migrant island of Lampedusa

Pope Francis is visiting the tiny Italian island of Lampedusa, where he will pray for illegal migrants who drowned trying to reach Europe. He threw a wreath of flowers into the sea, in a sign of mourning.
